Reuven Gitter is committed to the provision of high quality products. We believe that our customers' transactions with us must result in a pleasant, convenient and satisfying shopping experience. We accept return of merchandise due to manufacture defects only.

If you are not happy with our product we will refund you the purchase price of the product provided we are notified and the product returned to us is in its original condition together with the invoice and packaging within 30 days of receipt by you. This guarantee is for your satisfaction with the quality of our product. It does not apply if you have changed your mind or your circumstances have changed and you no longer require the product.

Reuven Gitter reserves the right to refuse to refund to any customer the price of the product if the returned product is not in its original new and unused condition, if it is not returned within 30 days of receipt by the customer, or if we have specially made the product at the customer's request.
